I didn’t get an issue that I paid for. What do I do?
Write, call, fax or e-mail us. We will promptly mail you another copy. Our issues are printed on a monthly schedule. MIX subscribers should receive their issues by the end of the first week of the month.
If I move, how can I ensure my subscription will come to my new address?
Change your address online by clicking here, or you can write, call, fax or e-mail us. Please give us your old address as it appears on the magazine mailing label, as well as your new address. Please give us at least four weeks’ notice.
How can I tell when my subscription will expire?
Your expiration date is included in the upper middle portion of the magazine mailing label. You can also check your account status online by clicking here. If there is a problem with your expiration date, please contact us.
Do you sell back-issues?
Yes we do! The price per copy of most back-issues is $10.00, pre-paid in US funds. Checks should be made out to Mix and submitted to: Mix Attn: Customer Service, PO Box 15605, North Hollywood, CA 91615-5605. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. For faster service, you credit card may be used by calling 1-866-860-7087.
Why am I getting a bill (or renewal notice) when I’ve already paid for my subscription?
Most likely your payment or renewal and our reminder notice crossed in the mail. If you get another bill or renewal notice, let us know. You can always contact us and we’ll straighten out the problem.
I don’t like to receive solicitations by mail from other companies that rent your list. Is there any way you could remove me from your mailing list?
Yes, you can contact us, and inform us that you would like your name removed from our list, and we will remove it.
