Brighter Minds Media has entered into a new partnership with online game developer Gamelab. This partnership encompasses the co-development and online publishing of children's games and retail distribution of Gamelab's existing content.

Gamelab and Brighter Minds will co-develop original children's downloadable games based on Brighter Minds' newest licensed property, a children's entertainment brand. Additionally, Brighter Minds will publish and distribute a selection of Gamelab's titles for the retail and specialty markets.

"We are excited about the endless possibilities of this and new collaborations with Gamelab," remarked Sam Ifergan, chairman and CEO of Brighter Minds. "Gamelab is a hugely talented and original group of people; they are the creators of Diner Dash, a hugely successful online hit. As a company, Brighter Minds is dedicated to partnering with the best to bring high-quality entertainment to families everywhere across all platforms, including online and retail."

Brighter Minds will start by introducing Gamelab's Miss Management exclusively to national retail chain Target in early May 2008. The title is set to be released nationwide in the fall. A second Gamelab original title, Out of Your Mind, is set to be released to retail in 2009.
