WAVES M1600 Waves (www.waves.com) introduces the M1600, a 16 stereo/32 mono integrated sound processor/encoder for Web audio streaming. The M1600, a new configuration in Waves' MaxxStream Internet audio processing product line, conditions up to 16 stereo or 32 mono audio streams over the Internet simultaneously. In addition to the M1600, Waves offers two other turnkey MaxxStream solutions, as well as a PCI DSP audio card and a MaxxStream software package. The line supports multiple encoders and multiple bit rates (target bandwidths) and can encode and condition audio for several different bandwidths simultaneously.
