Sennheiser e965 Mic

The e965 is the new flagship in Sennheiser's Evolution Series. This dual large-diaphragm (1-inch), true condenser mic lets users switch between cardioid and supercardioid patterns. Other features include a switchable -10dB pad, a switchable low-cut filter, 40-20k Hz response, max SPL handling of 152 dB and an internally shock-mounted capsule that supresses handling noise. The e965 is now shipping with a retail of $878.

One Systems Cross-Field Array stadium speaker system features high output in long-throw, harsh weather environments, with a gray Fiberglas cabinet for UV and heat tolerance. The two-way design has four 10-inch neodymium woofers loaded in a high-Q, wide-bandwidth horn with three titanium-diaphragm HF drivers. For high intelligibility and clarity, its 50×20-degree (H×V) dispersion reduces time-domain interaction between bass/mid-bass and highs. The system has 11 M10 rigging points and includes a “U” bracket for wall/pole-mounting. Power handling is 1,200 watts continuous; 2,400W program.

The AN-16/o Version 4 output module for Aviom's Pro16 A-Net audio transport system handles a wide range of signal level requirements, simplifying connectivity with other manufacturers' consoles, amps, powered speaker systems and recording devices. Each channel pair on this 16-channel D/A converter has settings for mic or +24/18/4dBu line outputs routing to analog DB-25 multipins. Ideal for stage or front of house, adding a split for recording or broadcast requires little more than running a Cat-5e cable.
