News..House of Blues San Diego installed Midas Heritage 2000s at FOH, an XL25 in monitor world and E-V and Klark Teknik speakers.

The Shaw Festival in Canada chose a LCS Matrix3 digital audio mixing system and CueConsole for the musical Gypsy…The San Francisco Hilton recently installed an Allen & Heath MixWizard WZ3 16:2 console to assist in its Grand Ballroom events, which include conferences, performances and fundraisers…Midas consoles (two Heritage 3000s, two XL4s) were used at the Glastonbury festival (Scotland) at FOH for acts such as the White Stripes, The Killers and Coldplay. Other Midas news: Artes Audio Visual Rentals (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) purchased a Verona console from local distributor NMK Electronics Ent. for the annual Dubai Jazz Festival. Says Avril Rodrigues, head of audio at Artes, “The Verona delivers high-quality sound but in a compact size, which allows us to use it frequently and for many different scenarios.”…Rock 'n' Road Audio (Tucker, GA) once again supplied SR for the Music Midtown Festival (Atlanta), including an array that comprised 34 Meyer Sound MILO, four MILO 120 and 24 700-HP subs. Front-of-house engineer Tommy Rodgers worked on a Yamaha PM1D console, with loudspeaker processing via an LD-3 — compensating line driver.
