New Jersey–based post-hardcore quartet Armor for Sleep are heading into the studio to record their debut album for Sire Records and third studio album to date. The band has joined forces with producer Ben Grosse (Filter, Marilyn Manson, Vertical Horizon) and will record at the Mix Room in Burbank, Calif. Mixing will commence after production at the Mix Room, as well.

Hailing from Bergen County, Armor for Sleep is lead singer/guitarist Ben Jorgensen, bassist Anthony DiIonno, guitarist PJ DeCicco and drummer Nash Breen. Their 2005 independent release on Equal Vision Records, What to Do When You Are Dead, sold more than 200,000 copies and debuted at Number One on Billboard's "Heatseekers" and "Alternative Artists" charts. Armor for Sleep joined Sire Records in April 2006.
