Beta Monkey Music offers Odd Time Meltdown, the third installment in its Signature Series sound libraries. Odd Time Meltdown offers more than 500 drum loops taken from the same recording session in time signatures such as 5/4, 5/8, 7/4 and 7/8. The loops were recorded in segments of two, four, eight and 16 bars, and their tempos range from 80 to 120 bpm.
To allow for greater flexibility in constructing drum tracks, the collection also includes a sonically matched set of one-shot drum and cymbal samples from the kit that were recorded at multiple velocities. Users can create tracks from the loops, sequence patterns using the sample set or create a hybrid of the two.
