Singer/songwriter Gretchen Witt is busy recording a new CD at Headroom Digital Audio's new studios in New York City’s Flatiron District. The project is co-produced by guitarist Marcus Wolf and Steven I. Rosenfeld. Alan Varner, whose credits include Ashford and Simpson, Robert Palmer and Gladys Knight, is at the control board.

Witt plays piano and guitar and is accompanied by Wolf on guitar, percussionist Chris Benelli, cellist David Eggar and Ian Riggs on upright bass.
