Dustin Hoffman recently stopped by Cups 'N Strings Studios (Santa Monica, Calif.) to record the audio book of Crazy Hair Day, the popular children's book written and illustrated by Barney Saltzberg, who is also a singer/songwriter.
Hoffman lent his voice talents to support the Crazy Hair Day Literacy Campaign, a continuing community initiative designed to celebrate and promote the power of literacy. In 2006, more than 2,500 books will be donated, distributed and read by more than 2,500 volunteers to more than 50,000 children and adults in more than 500 locations in more than 10 cities throughout the U.S.
