The Entertainment Technology Show-LDI will have an expanded focus on professional audio and live sound production when it hits the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. November 7 to 13, 2005.
Presented by ETS-LDI, ET Live’s second annual outdoor exhibits offer live entertainment demonstrations of concert sound products in a real world performance stage environment. Available to all trade show attendees, the exhibits give customers interested in purchasing professional concert sound systems and staging an opportunity to experience the products without the limitations of room size, reverberation reflections and/or frequency build-up.
ETS/LDI will also offer expanded professional audio education seminars. Starting off the week, presented by Syn-Aud-Con, is “Sound Reinforcement for Operators,” November 7 and 8, and “Sound Reinforcement for Technicians,” November 9 and 10. These seminars will be followed by a a full menu of Live Sound conference sessions on November 11 and 12, including “What to Know When Buying a Line Array,” “Connectivity in the Digital Audio Environment” and “Room Acoustics and Sound Reinforcement.” “Loudspeaker Specifications,” “Integrating a Playback System into a Digital Audio Console,” and “Eliminating Ground Loops: No More Hum and Buzz.”
Additionally, sponsored by Technologies for Worship Magazine are specialized audio classes for House of Worship Venues. The attendees can receive continuous complimentary hands-on training at the “Hands-Up, Hands-On” sound mixing workshops. For registration information, visit www.ets-ldi.com.
