The space includes common use of bathroom and small kitchenette; electric, gas and water; and once a week janitorial service. Month-to-month leases available. Rooms can be rented individually or reserve the whole space for a discount.
Room dimensions and corresponding pricing is: 10x12, $450; 14x14.5, $575; 11x14, $525; and 19x16, $650. The common reception area is 10x14 and the common-area kitchenette is 6x9.
