Shure has launched the Shure Incorporated 80th Anniversary Trivia Contest, which gives rock ’n’ roll and Shure company history experts a chance to win products from Shure, Tascam, Allen & Heath, Onstage, HOSA and Martin.
“We wanted to do something special for our 80th anniversary, and since this year is being widely regarded as the 50th anniversary of rock and roll, we decided to create this contest,” says Terri Johnson, Director of U.S. Marketing Communications for Shure.
The contest ends April 15, 2005 and the winners will be announced on April 25—Shure Inc.’s 80th anniversary. Open to all U.S. residents, the contest invites the contestants to pit against each other, answering questions in a timely manner, and earning points for their quick responses. Each contestant’s score will be displayed on the Website in a ranking from highest to lowest.
