The Australian based Association of Independent Record Labels (AIR) is announced a new partnership with U.S. based Sonicbids that will provide significantly expanded opportunities for Australian artists to promote their music to booking agents, live festivals, song contests and other various venues worldwide.

To launch the Sonicbids submission platform in Australia, AIR has negotiated a free 12-month subscription to the service for some 70 artists represented on AIR's Annual Compilations, as well as a significant discount for acts that are AIR members or on labels that are AIR members. Additionally, Sonicbids founder and CEO Panos Panay will be visiting Australia in July to help promote the product with a string of high-profile events lined up for the Australian East Coast.
