beyerdynamic, in association with White Radio LP, recently sponsored Holland’s Drumbassadors (November 12-14, 2004) on their Drum Clinic tour of venues across Ontario and Quebec. This three-day festival attracted an audience of approximately 1,500 drummers and percussionists. The Drum Festival is a combination of clinics and shows all on the same stage, spotlighting drummers and percussionists from around the world.

White Radio and beyerdynamic provided two Beyerdynamic XXL microphone drum kits, comprising three Opus 88s, two Opus 87s (snare and tom), one Opus 99 (bass drum), one Opus 53 (hi-hat), two MC 930s overhead, two Opus 354 wireless headworn mics and one Opus 560 vocal mic for the tour.

Natalie Scalise, a White Radio product manager for beyerdynamic, remarked, “Drumbassador’s dynamic duo of Wim de Vries and René Creemers showcased unique drumming techniques combined with musical melodies and comedy. During the Montreal Drum Fest, Drumbassadors earned three standing ovations and many new fans. White Radio is very excited to include Drumbassadors to our growing list of beyerdynamic endorsers.”
