Inter-M (booth #6849, Hall A) announced production of a new portable powered mixer with a host of features, including eight mono and four stereo inputs, packing more than 1,200 watts at 4 ohms.
Housed in a durable enclosure offering full access to the front and rear panel controls and connectors, the SFX-8460 includes stereo or main/monitor modes of operation, a 3-band equalizer on each mono input channel, 48V phantom power, dual 9-band graphic equalizer sections, an intermission (break) switch for muting and 16 different 24-bit Alesis digital effects.
Accessed via a front panel selector switch, the DSP effects include a pair of chorus selections with slow flange, vocal cancel, Leslie-type rotating speaker effect, various concert hall and room simulations, delay, a chorus/doubler and classic stereo flanging.
