Sennheiser Electronic Corporation presented the award for Most Improved Sales 2004 to Tour Supply Inc., a supplier of top-quality gear to the concert marketplace with locations in North Hollywood and New York City.
CEO Lance Wascom says of their surge in sales, "The number one reason is the growing popularity of Sennheiser mics and wireless systems with our clientele. Then came the G2 wireless. When you're able to provide an affordable wireless to artists on the road that performs like the G2, selling becomes pretty easy. Not only does the G2 have 1,400 available frequencies, a built-in scanner and small, yet durable, beltpack, but they sound really, really good, too! Our sales of Sennheiser 3000/5000 systems were way up there, too. That SKM5000 mic with the Neumann KK105 capsule is one of the best—if not the best—sounding wireless microphones ever."
"Tour Supply understands live sound and what it takes to effectively sell to it," comments Jeff Alexander, Sennheiser's VP of sales. It's amazing to watch Tour Supply's interaction with their customers and the depth of knowledge and service they provide. We congratulate Tour Supply on their growth and dedication to the Sennheiser product line."
