Built to resist abusive onstage conditions, the Furman SPB-8C pedalboard features a polycarbonate platform with a 13.75-by-26.75-inch Velcro sheet and an extruded aluminum chassis. The SPB-8C also includes polyethylene hard-shell case that is large enough to accommodate the pedalboard and all attached effects. Additionally, the pedalboard's case features a pop-up handle and wheels for quick and easy transportation.

The new pedalboard offers two levels of surge and short-circuit protection, in addition to Furman's standard level of RFI/EMI filtering, while employing a toroid transformer.

The SPB-8C ships at a suggested retail price of $430.
