Neutrik provided Silent Plug cabling assemblies to up-and-coming bands participating in the East Coast Indie Stage’s Battle of the Bands at the historic CBGB nightclub in New York City. Six bands packed the house, with the winner of the contest, Millsted, earning the chance to perform on the East Coast Indie Stage (ECIS) as presented on the 2006 Vans Warped Tour.
“As a sponsor of the East Coast Indie Stage’s Warped Tour performances, we saw our participation at the New York City Battle of the Bands contest as a logical extension in our efforts to support grass roots music,” says Jim Cowan, president of Neutrik USA.
In addition, Millsted received $250 worth of Neutrik products.
