Prolinx is Architectural Acoustics’ next-generation DSP audio system that offers expandable digital system processing capabilities, building on the Digitool. Sanctuary S24 is a 24-channel Peavey Sanctuary Series mixer designed for houses of worship, while the S32 boasts 32 channels.
Prolinx features include 2RU chassis with quarter VGA front panel LCD and programmable I/O indicator switches; 12 low-noise mic/line inputs with 48V phantom power; 12 outputs with switchable balanced or unbalanced modes; 96k samples/second system sample rate, < 1 msec latency; processing and I/O expansion through Linx System Backbone; front panel USB connects PC/Mac, Memory Stick and PDAs; Ethernet; RS-485; true auto-mixing graphic EQ at each output; Feedback Ferret; and Kosmos processing. Supports full system configuration of 96 inputs by 36 outputs.
Features of the S24 include Peavey’s Automix (gain sharing) and Mid-Morph EQ technologies; record and remote output with auto level; ambience mic; and three stereo line channels with input selections and monitor blend control for split-accompaniment tracks. The S32 adds a USB connection for recording/playback; eight programmable mute groups and two stereo line channels with three input selections, track selection and monitor blend control for split-accompaniment tracks.
