A reference-quality, wireless handheld microphone built expressly for vocals, the new KSM9 offers dual-diaphragm construction and switchable cardioid/supercardiod versatility. The condenser mic features excellent gain-before-feedback qualities that collaborate with minimal proximity effect to provide accurate low-frequency response and clear vocal performance. To greatly reduce handling noise, a two-stage shockmount stabilizes both horizontal and vertical movement.

Other features include automatic frequency selection, automatic transmitter sync, 60MHz bandwidth and Shure's Advanced Track Tuning filtering technology.

Sold as part of Shure's UHF-R wireless system, KSM9 transmitters are available in black (UR2/KSM9/BK) and champagne (UR2/KSM9/SL) finishes. Replacement cartridges in the same respective colors (RPW180 and RPW184) can be ordered.
