Berlin sound reinforcement and events company TSE AG has just added an Electro-Voice XLD system to its inventory. For years now, the company has been using an Electro-Voice X-Line system for large venues; the XLD will be used at smaller- and medium-sized ones.

Marcel Fery (pictured), TSE AG's executive director for equipment and finance, says of the XLD system, "It has a very good sound and is also very powerful and versatile. In addition to corporate events of all kinds, we will be using it for concert productions. With 12 units per side, plus the requisite subs, it is even capable of providing coverage for really large events."

In addition to the 24 XLD 281 units, TSE AG also invested in a Midas Siena (48 LH) console.
