Adamson’s Yaxis Y10 system was used on the main stage for the 100th anniversary commemorative ceremonies of the famed Tour de France.

Adamson's business partner Lagoona (Paris) provided the 32-box Adamson Yaxis Y10 system for the main-stage festivities, which kicked off the 22-day event. The 198 cyclists who compete on 22 race teams were recognized individually during the opening ceremonies. Lagoona’s Julien Poirot used the Yaxis Shooter software to obtain controlled coverage of the P.A. and outfills for the outdoor stage, located at the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville in Paris.

The commemorative ceremonies were broadcast live on Saturday, July 5, on the Outdoor Life Network, which is providing daily race coverage. The Tour de France wraps up on July 27, 2003.
