The V-VERB PRO REV2496 is an ultrahigh-performance dual-engine reference-class reverb modeling processor with high-quality 24-bit/96kHz AD/DA converters. Two separate effects processors are provided in one single unit, giving the user full 4-channel operation without any limitations up to 96 kHz.

Modeled after world-class reverb processors, the V-VERB PRO REV2496 features eight high-end reverb algorithms and boasts an ultrahigh-resolution SHARC® processor with 32-bit internal signal processing. The innovative user interface features soft-push/turn encoders, big preset wheel, high-resolution graphic LCD and an additional Tap button for delay times. The V-VERB PRO REV2496 provides direct access to four effect parameters, plus a unique Graphic mode that facilitates intuitive editing of up to 30 parameters. The reverb modeler comes with additional high-quality modulation effects, from X-over delay to chorus/flanger, stereo compressor and a separate ROM, and user preset banks boasting up to 400 presets. In addition, a fully featured digital interface contains AES/EBU In/Out, optical S/PDIF In/Out, word clock In and a MIDI function. Its open architecture design allows future software updates via MIDI.

An internal switch-mode power supply provides universal flexibility (100-240 V), noise-free audio, superior transient response and the lowest possible power consumption. Balanced inputs and outputs on 1/4-inch TRS and gold-plated XLR connectors round out the REV2496.

The V-VERB PRO REV2496 is expected to ship in the first quarter of 2004. For more information, click here. For more new sound reinforcement products, visit mixonline.com/live_sound_products/index.htm.
