Doyle Technology Consultants (Renton, Wash.), which specializes in design and systems integration for the broadcast, multimedia and information technology industries, has added John Hartwell to its team in the dual role of managing the company's advanced-system development and directing system backlogs.

Hartwell will also supervise the workflow and creative efforts of Doyle's engineering design team, as well as help guide the company's overall direction as a member of its executive team.

"John's experience, creativity and vast knowledge of systems integration and design will strengthen our capabilities even further and help provide our customers with a deeper pool of resources," said Greg Doyle, president of the company. Prior to this position, Hartwell held several positions in Sony Electronic's Business Professional Group, most recently as a senior application engineer.
