Roland’s Micro Cube—the smallest member of the Cube family, weighing in at just 7.5 pounds—is a compact guitar amp that comes with onboard effects including seven COSM guitar amp models from classic to modern and a special mic preamp, plus six DSP effects: chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo and a separate delay/reverb processor. The Digital Tuning Fork feature lets players tune up easily with support for flat tunings up to two semitones.

The Micro Cube comes with a 5-inch/2-watt low-magnetic leakage speaker and is the first Cube amplifier that can run on batteries. Using six AA alkaline batteries, guitarists can play for up to 20 hours; a carrying strap is also included.

Connections include a standard 1/4-inch guitar input, and a choice of 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch stereo auxiliary inputs. There’s also a recording/headphones output for private listening or connection to recording devices and more.
