Sony’s line of Oxford plug-in software tools are now available in a TDM bundle for Pro Tools users and in LE and TC PowerCore versions. The TDM package (SRP: $1,650) includes the Oxford EQ, Inflator and Dynamics plug-ins. The Oxford EQ and Inflator plug-ins have also been upgraded to incorporate TC PowerCore encryption.

Sony also introduced a Transient Modulator (TransMod) Plug-In, which is available in Pro Tools LE and TDM versions, was developed to radically modify the dynamic level of tracks and to revitalize recordings without compromising original artistic intent. "The TransMod Plug-In is an extremely useful asset for Pro Tools users," said Paul Foschino, senior manager of Sony Electronics' professional audio group. "Developed by the Sony Oxford console design team, this powerful new plug-in can harden and energize flat-sounding recordings and mixes without creating unwanted changes in overall timbre."

The PTH-TMDG2 TransMod for Pro Tools TDM has a suggested list price of $450.
