Born out of TerraTec Producer and Music and More’s alliance, the SINE PA Series is now available. Comprising three stereo amplifiers, the 2x 60-watt, 4x 60-watt and 2x 100-watt studio power amps are tailored for use with near-field monitors. The SINE PA line also features a stereo headphones amplifier.

Housed in an ultracompact chassis, each SINE PA Series 19-inch device takes up a single rackspace. Onboard overheat protection ensures professional-class reliability, while a switch-on delay circuit eliminates popping noise when monitors are powered up. The three SINE PA models (SINE PA 120 [shown], SINE PA 200 and SINE PA 460) boast a signal-to-noise ratio of 97 dB (@ 30 watts and 1 ohm), rendering other background noise inaudible. A special feature of the PA 460 model is a cascaded circuit allowing its output power to be switched from 4x 60 watts to 2x 120 watts.

Complementing this line of SINE stereo amps is the SINE HP 48 Headphones Amplifier. Its front panel inputs can take up to eight sets of headphones. The 19-inch device sports four efficient stereo power amps designed to handle the same number of independent input signals, which are patched in via 1/4-inch jacks on the rear panel. The HP 48 accepts up to four different signal sources.

The SINE PA Series is priced at $199 (SINE PA 120), $269 (SINE PA 200) and $320 (SINE PA 460). The SINE HP 48 Headphones Amplifier sells for $139.
