Clinton Recording Studios in New York City announces that it has recorded its final session after 27 years in business. Through July 23, Clinton is selling a variety of studio equipment and acoustic treatments, both through eBay and on-site at the facility, located at 653 10th Avenue.

Items for sale include mics, outboard gear, tube compressors, reverbs, equalizers, tape decks, mixers and amplifiers. Acoustic treatments are also available, including a WhisperRoom, drum booth, gobos, control room glass, wall treatments and reflectors from three Clinton rooms. Clinton states that some items are originally from the historic CBS 30th Street Studio, and that all items "have been fabricated to exceedingly high standards." In particular, large panels of 3/4-inch acousta-pane and 3/4-inch control room glass are being sold.

Prospective customers can visit www.clintonrecording.com for a daily list of available equipment and pricing.
