Harrison Consoles and DontCrack.com jointly announce the launch of Mixbus Version 2.3 (a free upgrade for registered users; $219 MSRP; introductory price of $39 through June 12, 2013). V. 2.3 includes new shortcuts for faster Bus Assignments; a complete user-driven editing and keymap overhaul that makes Mixbus more intuitive to users of other widely used DAWs; and also introduces three new high-end plug-ins bundled inside for evaluation and possible purchase.

Mixbus is a largely open source project for Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems from manufacturer Harrison Consoles. Mixbus is a full-featured Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) with True Analog Mixing, a combination of Harrison's world-renowned sound and features in an affordable, knob-per-function interface. It is suitable for recording an unlimited number of audio tracks, mixing and editing.

Harrison states that previous owners will receive an email with download links to Version 2.3.
