In an effort to heighten awareness of the importance of music in a child’s overall educational experience, Neutrik will donate all the proceeds raised from the sale of its “Are You Good Enough?” wristbands in support of NAMM’s music education advocacy efforts, including SupportMusic and the American Music Conference. The wristbands will be on sale at Neutrik’s booth during the NAMM Show in Anaheim, Calif. January 20 – 23, 2005.

Containing part of the slogan from its new advertising campaign, “Are You Good Enough for Neutrik?,” the Neutrik blue or green wristbands also include the “bug” from the company’s stylish logo. For a minimum $1 donation to music education advocacy, visitors to booth #6225 in Hall A will receive a wristband courtesy of Neutrik on a first-come, first-served basis. “Reports indicate that music is a vital element in children’s development and learning, and as a leader in the manufacturing of audio components for the professional music industry, we believe that Neutrik has a responsibility to fight for the continued support of music education programs in our schools,” stated Jim Cowan, president of Neutrik USA. “We appreciate the encouragement we have received from the NAMM organization to coordinate this fundraising program and hope that the attendees to this year’s show will join us in supporting this worthwhile cause.”
