The APM Film & TV Music Podcast website offers a series of downloadable exclusive interviews that explore the business of film and television music production and licensing through discussions with videogame, film and television music supervisors, composers and editors.
The latest interviews were recorded at The Hollywood Reporter/Billboard Film & TV Music Conference, which took place on November 14 and 15 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. The first podcast episode from the conference was made available for download on Monday, November 20. Each episode features a new, one-on-one, exclusive interview.
Episodes from the conference feature one-on-one interviews with composer Danny Elfman; composer Terence Blanchard; music supervisor Maureen Crowe; Fox Music president Robert Kraft; agent Laura Engel; recording artist Olivia Newton-John; Universal Music Mobile vice president Rio Caraeff; composer Jesper Kyd; Universal Music Publishing vice president of film & TV music, Brian Lambert; Grey Worldwide senior vice president of music Josh Rabinowitz; director Tom Tykwer; and many others.
