L-Acoustics named Champion Enterprises of Eagan, Minn. as it's U.S. “Rep of the Year” for the 2007 calendar year. The announcement comes from L-Acoustics' VP of Sales and Marketing Paul Freudenberg, who presented Champion principal Paul Tillman with an award commemorating the achievement.
Based in the southern Minneapolis/St. Paul suburb of Eagan, Champion Enterprises was formed in January 2005 and signed on L-Acoustics as its very first product line. Today, the firm has 17 manufacturers on its line card and currently handles the states of Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, and North and South Dakota for L-Acoustics.
“It’s a privilege to bestow this award upon Mr. Tillman, who last year took home our award for Outstanding Sales Achievement,” says Freudenberg. “Not only does he leave a positive impression on literally everyone he meets, but his hard work, diligence and perseverance throughout 2007 have truly taken him and our northern-Midwest territory to new levels.”
According to Tillman, “I’m honored to have L-Acoustics in my line and certainly honored to win this award. But I’d have to say that it wouldn’t have been possible without a passion for the product as well as the terrific support I’ve received from the L-Acoustics team back in Oxnard [Calif.].”
