Northern Sound & Light (NSL), an audio and lighting products dealer in McKees Rocks, Penn., recently added Amy Parks (pictured) to its staff. Parks joins NSL after spending the past nine years at the local branch of a national bank, where she was promoted to assistant branch manager.
Parks provides front-line support for incoming calls and visitors to NSL’s business administration office. She also audits customer orders and reviews them for accuracy, e-mails or faxes order confirmations and back-order status to customers, audits vendor invoices and provides general administrative assistance as needed.
“I joined NSL because I wanted to work with a privately-owned company,” Parks says. “The people at NSL are great. I look forward to working with such a knowledgeable and interesting group.”
