Sonnox has announced a drop in the company’s U.S. pricing, due to exchange rate fluctuation between the British pound and the U.S. dollar. “We’ve seen the pound weaken dramatically against the dollar over the past six months, and it’s important that we maintain stable pricing worldwide,” comments Nathan Eames, Sonnox sales and marketing manager. “A price reduction in the USA will bring our pricing in line with other global markets.”

Sonnox has implemented a 14-percent reduction in U.S. prices for all Oxford Plug-ins, beginning December 1, 2008. The flagship Sonnox Elite Collection bundle, which currently retails at $1,467 for native platforms, will drop to $1,260 beginning December 1.
