An article on Sports Video Group's Website written by Ken Kerschbaumer reports that FCC Chairman Kevin Martin is now inviting interested sports leagues and networks to join the FCC in testing "unlicensed devices designed for use in White Space spectrum. Martin...said that the current testing is designed to find out if new and still-developing technology can make use of sensing and other features to steer clear of interfering with wireless microphones and DTV reception."
