Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco announces that several empty rooms in the facility are available to lease as music production suites or recording studios. The rooms will be available to lease, with a required commitment of six months to one year.
The rooms vary in price and size, ranging from $600/month for a single production room, to $2,800/month for a large professional recording studio with an isolated control room and tracking room.
The studio has 24-hour access, a full kitchen, a reception area, and Peets coffee available for late night sessions.
The building has been home to numerous legendary recordings from artists such as Santana, Grateful Dead, Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, George Clinton, Train, Neil Young, and many more.
