David Kershenbaum in Conway Recording Studios in Los Angeles
Multiple Grammy Award–winning record producer David Kershenbaum (pictured) has launched Music Pros Hollywood, a Website offering guidance, support and personal direction to music creators who seek a "hit record" in today's new music market. Music Pros Hollywood offers free information for both newcomers and experienced professionals, as well as access to a series of online classes, evaluations of songs and productions, and direct personal contact with Kershenbaum.
Kershenbaum says that he created Music Pros Hollywood in response to a time in which digital downloads have changed the music business entirely, major record labels are considered ineffective or barely surviving, and radio is no longer the major focus. He adds that Internet marketing and personal artist development are paramount in achieving success.
The up-to-the-minute system is designed to help new and experienced producers, songwriters, performers and musicians to latch onto the new and complicated record-business paradigm. Kershenbaum takes on artist development, singles, the studio, the songs, the image and the marketing of artists in an academic but uncomplicated and friendly manner, providing many personal tips, industry secrets and standards, minus the rules of the old record business structure.
Kershenbaum is internationally known as a music entrepreneur and producer, especially for developing and breaking new artists, and has more than 75 international Gold and Platinum albums to his credit. His credits include Tracy Chapman, Joe Jackson, Bryan Adams, Duran Duran, Tori Amos and hundreds more; for a complete list, click http://www.davidkershenbaum.com/complete-discography here.
