Sonnox Ltd. in Oxfordshire, England, has hired Ruth Almgill (pictured) as a second support engineer to help look after its expanding customer base. Almgill joins the Sonnox team from her previous post as a studio manager at the BBC World Service, where she mixed live radio programs and complex long-form features, and engineered live remote broadcasts.

Sonnox Managing Director Rod Densham says, "Our continued success in recent months is very pleasing and has resulted in a constantly growing user base. It’s important to us that we keep up the excellent level of support our customers have come to expect, and we need to grow our support team accordingly. We're delighted to have Ruth on board."
