On Thursday, March 25, Infrasonic Sound Studios in Los Angeles will host an event presented by Vintage King Audio, a purveyor of high-end recording equipment, both new and vintage. Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Vintage King Audio will showcase the Rupert Neve 5088 Discrete Analog Mixer (pictured) and Portico II Channel Strip.

Vintage King engineers, including Jeff Ehrenberg, Los Angeles representative and co-owner of Infrasonic Sound, will lead roundtable discussions and hands-on demos. Attendees are encouraged bring their own external hard drives loaded with music to experience the Rupert Neve Designs products. In addition to Rupert Neve Designs, gear will be on hand from Inward Connections, Shadow Hills Industries, Barefoot Sound, API, Standard Audio, Buzz Audio, Retro Instruments, Avedis Audio Electronics, LaChapell Audio and Fucifier for demonstrations. Following the afternoon of scheduled demos, Vintage King will host an evening mixer from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., providing an opportunity for engineers, producers and other industry pros to compare notes on the gear. Complementary cocktails will provided by Sanguis Wine.

Infrasonic Sound is located at 5074 Alhambra Ave. in Los Angeles.

This event is free, but registration is required as space is limited. Online registrants will be eligible for discounted prices, services and warranties on their next Rupert Neve Designs purchase.
