Now located on floor 3 at 69 Green St. in San Francisco, Earthwire was upgraded in October 2006 with a state-of-the-art Digidesign 32-fader ICON D- Control, integrated console Pro Tools HD Accel 7 system with Power Mac G5 and surround sound mixing capability for post-production projects. A Hear Back individual mixer sound control module is provided for each artist while recording, and monitoring is via Genelec, Auratone and Yamaha units. A large glass partition separates the control room from the main room. The facility also offers a stocked mic closet and numerous outboard gear selections.
