CELEMONY MELODYNE PLUG-IN Available under VST, AU and RTAS hosts under Windows XP and Mac OS X, the single-voice app offers editing of pitch, vibrato, drift, timing, volume and formants of individual notes as well as the swift editing of any selection of notes with macros for the automatic correction of intonation and timing. Other features include multi-level Undo and a selectable scale grid for harmonically correct transposition. The multiband version has a 4-band gate, expander and compressor fed into the same limiter algorithm found in the single band. ROGER NICHOLS DIGITAL DETAILER Detailer is a stereo mastering process developed by Roger Nichols and used in countless hit records. Detailer offers a new way of increasing the perception of "detail" in the mid-level of a final mix while still allowing increased loudness. The process involves a combination of 3-band limiting and dynamic widening using psycho-acoustic processing.
