Native Instruments is offering a platform/interface update for theFM7 that makes it compatible with Mac OS X and RTAS; RTAS is alsoincluded for Windows XP.
This update allows the user to run the FM7 as stand-alone or as aplug0in with Pro Tools (Windows XP/Mac OS X) via RTAS, Logic Audio (MacOS X) via Audio Units, and Cubase SX and Nuendo (Mac OS X) via VST 2.0.The FM7 will continue to support VST 2.0 (Windows/Mac OS 9), DXi, MASand FreeMIDI.
The update is available online at www.native-instruments.com. Users who purchased FM7after August 1, 2003, can download the update for free.
